Cross-border cash withdrawals of China Bank are divided into Great Wall Debit Card and Great Wall International Debit Card, as follows:

1. Great Wall Debit Card: Cross-border ATM cash withdrawals are charged at 5‰ (five thousandths) of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of 15 yuan and a maximum of 5 yuan.

2. Great Wall International Debit Card: Cross-border ATM withdrawals are charged at 5‰ (five thousandths) of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of $3 per transaction and a maximum of $5 per transaction.

2. For the ATM inquiry transaction of China Bank's bank card on the overseas UnionPay network, our bank will charge the cardholder a cross-border inquiry fee according to each 4 yuan RMB.

3. Due to the high ATM withdrawal fees in some developed countries (including but not limited to Japan and the United States), the acquirer may charge extra fees when UnionPay cards withdraw cash from ATMs in these countries.

The acquiring institution that charges extra fees will display relevant tips in a conspicuous position (under the ATM terminal or the acceptance sign of UnionPay). Please read the relevant contents and decide whether it is necessary to withdraw cash from the ATM terminal. If the transaction continues, the acquiring institution will consider you as agreeing to pay the extra handling fee, which will be included in the principal and settled with you.

2. Special note

At present, there is no charge for inquiry transactions conducted on our ATM machines with Bank of China bank cards. At the same time, there is no charge for inquiry transactions conducted through our telephone banking and online banking with our bank cards. Cardholders are welcome to make inquiries through the above channels.
