Hello! To open a debit card, please bring your valid ID to any Agricultural Bank of China branch nationwide. If you need an agent, please provide valid identity documents and a power of attorney for yourself and your agent.

Warm reminder:

1. After the card is opened on an agent, the card owner must hold the card and a valid ID card, and go to any ABC outlet nationwide to activate it in person before it can be used.

2. Both local and non-local customers can open a debit card account (including Class I accounts) using only their identity documents. In order to prevent telecommunications fraud, each branch may agree on account usage functions or limits based on different situations of customers. You can apply for a credit card through the following methods:

1. Palm Bank: You can log in to the Palm Bank APP and click Homepage → Credit Card → One-click card application;

2. WeChat: You can follow the "Agricultural Bank of China Credit Card" WeChat official account, click Apply for a Card/Bind Card at the bottom of the page → I want to apply for a card;

3. Online Banking: You can log in to personal online banking and click on Credit Card →Apply;

4. Official website: You can log in to the Agricultural Bank of China’s official website, click Personal Services → Credit Card → I want to apply for a card;

5. Counter: You can present your valid ID and Relevant materials can be applied at any branch of the Agricultural Bank of China. Please refer to the information provided by the application branch for the required credit information.
