If the overpayment on your credit card is not large, you don’t need to transfer it out and keep it until the next time you swipe the card to deduct it. This way you can avoid the trouble of transferring out. Some credit cards will not allow you to withdraw cash from the overpayment. You also need to pay some handling fees, so it's not very cost-effective.
