Legal analysis: Credit card fraud. If you pick up someone else's bank card and go to the bank to withdraw money, it is an act of impersonating someone else's credit card and using it. If the amount exceeds 5,000 yuan, it constitutes a crime of credit card fraud. Anyone who commits this crime will generally be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years and a certain fine. If the amount of the crime is huge, the person will be sentenced to a fixed-term imprisonment of between five and ten years plus a certain fine.

Legal basis: Article 196 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China. Anyone who steals a credit card and uses it shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 264 of this Law.
