The cancellation of ATM transfer of credit card within 24 hours is based on the regulatory requirements, and the credit card is transferred through ATM (except for my peer account transfer), and the issuing bank will handle the fund transfer after 24 hours. If you are in doubt about the transfer transaction, or feel that you may be cheated, you can apply to the transferor's issuing bank to cancel the transfer operation within 24 hours after you operate the transfer.
