Study Abroad Loan:
The borrower must meet the following 7 conditions:
1. The borrower should have full civil capacity and be eligible for a loan on the maturity date of the loan. The actual age at the time of application shall not exceed 55 years old;
2. The borrower has no illegal or disciplinary behavior, is in good health, and has an honest and trustworthy character;
3. The borrower is a person studying abroad. Before studying abroad, the borrower should have a permanent residence or other valid residence status in the location where the lender is located;
4. If the borrower is an immediate relative or spouse of a person studying abroad, he or she should have a residence permit within the controllable area of ??the lender. Permanent household registration or other valid residence status, a fixed residence, a stable occupation and source of income, and the ability to repay principal and interest on time;
5. The borrower should hold a study abroad certificate for the person planning to study abroad Admission notice or other valid enrollment certificate issued by the school;
6. The borrower must provide a property mortgage, pledge or third-party guarantee approved by the lender. Mortgage properties are limited to properties for which mortgage rights can be set; pledges are limited to treasury bonds, bank certificates of deposit, corporate bonds and other securities; the guarantor should be a legal person or natural person with solvency, and be willing to assume joint and several repayment responsibilities;
7. Meet other conditions stipulated by the lender.
