(4) Malicious overdraft.
Using forged, fraudulently obtained, or invalidated credit cards, or fraudulently using other people’s credit cards, or using credit cards to maliciously overdraft, defrauding public or private property, or committing large amounts of money, can constitute the crime of credit card fraud.
