To apply for a credit card, you only need to provide the following application materials:

1. Identity documents of the main card applicant and supplementary card applicant (common identity documents include ID card, military officer certificate, etc. certificate, pass or passport, etc.)

2. Residence proof documents of the main card applicant, such as utility bills, bank/securities/insurance/fund statements for any month in the past two months , mobile phone bill, household registration book, driver’s license, real estate certificate, rental contract or social security card, etc.

Applicants for the main card need to provide the following property certificates:

1. The applicant’s last three Payslip for any month within the month (if the payslip does not show the name of the unit, please provide the original payslip);

2. Show the applicant’s name and income for any month in the last three consecutive months Bank statement/bank passbook;

3. Monthly bank automatic salary transfer statement or account details list for any month of the last three months showing the applicant’s name;

4. Salary certificate issued in the name of the company and showing the name of the applicant (the name of the employer should be shown on the letterhead or at the end of the letter and stamped with the official seal of the company);

5. The latest personal income tax tax bill.
