If Chinese citizens under the age of 16 living in the country need to apply for a CMB all-in-one card, their guardian will open an account on their behalf and issue the guardian's certificate. A valid identity document and the resident ID card or household registration book of the account user, and a guardianship certificate should also be provided. Chinese citizens over 16 years old (including 16 years old) living in the country can open an all-in-one card account at any CMB branch with their People's Republic of China Resident ID Card or Temporary Resident ID Card. {Currently, Changsha Branch does not support the use of temporary ID cards to open accounts}
