At present, CCB does provide this kind of humanized service for credit card holders whose repayment cannot be paid before the due repayment date due to special reasons. Details are as follows:

1. If the deduction of the agreed account on the same day is unsuccessful due to the system processing time difference and other reasons, CCB will make a supplementary deduction on the morning of the third day after the due repayment date, and the successful supplementary deduction will still be regarded as normal repayment.

2. For customers who use other repayment methods, if the repayment on the same day is unsuccessful due to transfer time difference and other reasons, please ensure that the repayment amount arrives before 7:00 am on the third day after the due repayment date, and it is still regarded as normal repayment.

According to the credit card collection agreement, in principle, the cardholder is obliged to return at least the minimum repayment amount before the due repayment date. If there are no special circumstances, customers are advised to repay on time.
