1. Download and install the ICBC APP, and then log in to your ICBC credit card account.

2. Find the entrance to the Points Mall on the homepage and click to enter.

3. On the points mall page, you can see redemption options for various goods and services, including travel, gifts, electronic products, etc.

4. Find the phone recharge option, click to enter and fill in the mobile phone number and select the recharge amount. Click Redeem Now. The system will pop up a prompt box to confirm the redemption. After confirming again that the redemption amount and required number of points are correct, click Confirm redemption.

5. Select the appropriate payment method on the payment page to complete the payment. You can choose different methods such as credit card and debit card. After completing the payment, the system will automatically recharge the corresponding amount of phone charges to the mobile phone account.
