How to activate credit card online: (Windows 10 system operation)

1. First log in to the online banking page of the bank's credit card and enter the cardholder's card number and password;

2. Please change the query password in time after logging in;

3. After the credit card initial password is successfully changed, please log in to online banking again;

4. After logging in for the second time, please click " "Credit Card Activation", follow the prompts on the page and enter the last 3 digits printed on the signature line on the back of the credit card and your home phone number;

5. After successful activation, follow the prompts and enter the 6 digits as the transaction password;

6. If the "Use password to confirm transaction" function is not checked on the application form, the transaction mode can be changed to password signature after the setting is completed.

Credit card account cancellation process:

1. Call the bank’s credit card service hotline, and the customer service staff will inform the customer of the credit card status;
