1, ID:

Domestic people-need to provide a copy of resident ID card or temporary resident ID card (both sides, within the validity period) or a copy of military officer's card.

People from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-A copy of the Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Travel to and from the Mainland or the Home Visit Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents is required.

Foreigners-(1) a valid passport and (2) a copy of a foreigner's residence permit or a copy of a foreigner's residence permit or permanent residence permit are attached to the visa page of a valid passport.

2. Proof of fixed address

Copy of account card (thin)

Or the last three water, electricity and gas bills.

Or the bill for the last three fixed telephones.

Or the certificate of collective dormitory issued by the unit.

Or house lease contract (agreement)

Or proof of own property

Or residential property management fee payment documents

Or the address certificate issued by the street

Or the monthly statement of the last two credit cards or the personal income tax payment certificate of the last three months.

Or other documents that can prove the address of his fixed residence.

3. Financial vouchers

Official payroll or income certificate issued by government agencies and enterprises in the last three months (company seal or department seal is required)

Or a copy of the passbook/bill of the bank payroll (which should show the wage entry information of the last three months)

Or a copy of the personal income tax payment certificate for the last three months.

Or a copy of social insurance and payment voucher.

Or a copy of proof of own property.

Or a copy of bank time deposit slip/passbook.

Or a copy of the membership card, including: Golf membership card, China Mobile, China Unicom VIP card, Air China Companion Platinum Card, Gold Card, Silver Card Membership Card, China Southern Pearl Card Gold Card, Silver Card Membership Card, China Eastern Airlines Miles Club Gold Card, Silver Card Membership Card (name and card expiration date are required), etc.
