Age requirement: The person is between 18 and 60 years old (some banks relax to 65 years old) and has full capacity for civil conduct.

Credit history: Good credit history.

Repayment ability, that is, income and asset requirements, as well as stable occupation and income;

The confirmation of identity can only be the original of the second-generation ID card.

Although the information registered in temporary id card is the same as the official ID card, it includes: name, gender, nationality, date of birth, address of permanent residence, citizenship number, personal photo, validity period of the certificate and issuing authority.

However, there are two points that do not meet the requirements for handling credit cards:

1. expiration date. Temporary id card is valid for three months.

Second, temporary id card is not magnetic, so it is impossible to read relevant identity information.
