the first two months of customer service work must be hard, especially when many of our colleagues from other places have to adapt to the new environment. In addition, the pressure of work at first will be a bit heavy, which will be more or less hard. Moreover, at the beginning, because the insurance was deducted a lot, the salary will be less.

But basically, after two or three months, it will be very good, at least much better than I expected. Besides, it will catch up with those who have been rated as outstanding centers in the world and get bonuses, and the performance salary will be much better. And I may be lucky enough to transfer to other departments of the head office after half a year. Many other colleagues have gone to other departments one after another. Customer service has always been the talent pool of the head office.
