Mainly depends on whether there is MasterCard or VISA on the card. You can go abroad for consumption if you have a logo, but not if you don't?

This sign is generally located in the lower right corner of the credit card. See the logo pattern in the attached drawing.

As for what card begins with 456, just look at the picture and you will understand. I can't tell which one I belong to just by the number at the beginning of the card number without looking at the card. I hope the above answers can help you.
