Which credit card repayment method is more cost-effective?
1 paid in full. This is the most common repayment method, that is, the amount used to pay off the credit card on the last repayment date or in the early stage. We know that even if you can use a credit card to spend in advance, the overdraft limit should be in line with your financial situation to avoid the embarrassing dilemma of being unable to repay. It is also the most recommended and worthwhile repayment method.
2 installment repayment. This way allows us to choose the repayment amount according to our own ability, which greatly reduces our repayment pressure. It should be noted that each bank has different periods and fees, and there are some differences, but if you have a good credit card, you only need to pay attention to the rating and fees of the issuing bank. But generally speaking, the more stages, the higher the handling fee.
Minimum repayment amount. Its best point is that when we have insufficient funds to pay off the overdraft, we can choose to pay the minimum amount, that is, 10% of the consumption bill. But if you choose, you can't enjoy interest-free installment repayment. It needs to charge interest, and it starts with consumption.
To sum up, introduce three credit card repayment methods. As for which is better and more cost-effective, I generally choose to repay in full, because there is no need to pay extra interest in installments, and how to choose depends on my own situation.
