According to the regulations of China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China on the use of credit cards, credit card holders of China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China use debit cards and credit cards of China Industrial and Commercial Bank of China for credit card spending, including local and foreign currency consumption (foreign currency consumption is calculated as points after being converted into RMB, where 1 USD =6.5 yuan RMB and 1 Euro =8 yuan RMB, and China Industrial and Commercial Bank reserves the right to adjust the foreign currency conversion rate according to exchange rate changes). Every consumption 1 yuan, cumulative 1 points. Among them, debit card holders only accumulate points when they conduct consumer transactions with POS merchants of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
The following items do not accumulate credit card points of China Industrial and Commercial Bank. Even if points are accumulated, they will be considered as invalid points:
(1) Including but not limited to the consumption of low-rate and zero-rate merchants such as real estate, automobile sales, wholesale, public hospitals, public schools, finance, government, charity, residential services and non-profit social services;
(2) online consumption;
(3) Credit card consumption by merchants on third-party payment platforms;
(4) The consumption amount (including foreign currency consumption exchange) is less than 1 yuan;
(5) Pay the revolving credit interest, annual fee, late payment fee, installment fee and other expenses agreed in the peony credit card (personal card) collection contract;
(6) Withheld and remitted expenses (including credit card repayment).
It can be seen that if you use ICBC's credit card to spend on Taobao, no matter whether you pay through online banking or through a third-party payment platform, you will not accumulate consumption points.
