Article 2 Jinsui credit cards are divided into gold cards and ordinary cards according to different credit ratings, and into unit cards and personal cards according to different card issuers. Any financial institution that opens a basic deposit account in People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) may apply for a business card with an account opening permit issued by the People's Bank of China, and may apply for a maximum of six business cards. The cardholder shall be designated or cancelled in writing by the legal representative of the applicant or his entrusted agent. All transaction funds of the corporate card are credited to the corporate card account, and the applicant is responsible for the transactions generated by all corporate cards he applies for. Individuals with legal income and full capacity for civil conduct can apply for personal cards, and the holders of the main cards of personal cards can apply for supplementary cards for individuals with full capacity for civil conduct who have reached the age of 18, with no more than two supplementary cards, and the validity period is the same as that of the main card. The holder of the main card has the right to request cancellation or stop payment of its supplementary card. All transactions of the supplementary card are included in the account of the main card, and the cardholder of the main card is responsible for the transactions generated by its supplementary card.
Article 3 Units and individuals applying for Jinsui Credit Card shall open a reserve account with the issuing bank. The funds in the unit card account should be transferred from basic deposit account to deposit, and the sales income should not be deposited in the unit card account; The funds in the personal card account are only deposited in cash held by individuals or transferred in the form of wages, personal legal labor remuneration, investment returns and other income. The initial deposit amount of the reserve fund is: 20,000 yuan for the unit gold card and 0/0000 yuan for the unit ordinary card; Personal gold card 2000 yuan, personal ordinary card 1000 yuan. The deposit is unlimited and can be renewed at any time. Interest shall be calculated and paid for deposits according to the deposit interest rate and interest-bearing method of the same grade in the same period stipulated by the People's Bank of China, and personal income tax shall be withheld and remitted for deposits in personal card accounts according to the tax rate stipulated by the tax authorities.
Article 4 Units and individuals applying for Jinsui Credit Card must fill in the application form and sign a written agreement with the issuing bank. The issuing bank decides whether to approve the application according to the applicant's credit status. After the application is approved, the issuing bank will verify the overdraft limit for the applicant and adjust the overdraft limit according to the cardholder's card usage and credit status.
Article 5 When an individual applies for Jinsui Credit Card, the issuing bank may decide whether to provide guarantee according to the credit status of the applicant. Guarantee methods are divided into guarantee, pledge and mortgage. The guarantor shall sign a guarantee contract with the issuing bank.
Article 6 Jinsui Credit Card is valid for two years, and will automatically become invalid after expiration. However, the creditor's rights and debts incurred by the cardholder when using Jinsui Credit Card remain unchanged, and the joint liability of the guarantor remains unchanged. Customers who apply for Jinsui Credit Card need to pay an annual fee, and the annual fee for two years must be paid in one lump sum. If the card is returned midway, the annual fee will not be refunded. After Jinsui Credit Card expires, if the cardholder needs to continue to use it, he can apply for a new card at the issuing bank. To apply for a new card, you need to pay an annual fee again, and the charging standard is the same as that of a new card. If the cardholder does not intend to continue using Jinsui Credit Card, he must return Jinsui Credit Card to the issuing bank and apply for account cancellation. If the cardholder fails to obtain a new card after the expiration of 6 months, the issuing bank has the right to cancel the card.
Article 7 When a cardholder uses Jinsui Credit Card to handle payment transactions in the business institutions or financial equipment designated by Agricultural Bank of China, the issuing bank shall regard it as the cardholder's own doing, and the generated electronic information record shall be a valid voucher for the transaction; If the password is not used, the cardholder shall show his valid identification in accordance with the provisions of the issuing bank, and the transaction voucher signed by the cardholder is the valid voucher for this transaction. The unit card shall not be cashed out, and shall not be overdrawn when it is used for commodity trading and labor supply fund settlement. At present, depositors need to show their valid identity documents and fill in the deposit slip when handling the card-free deposit. The issuing bank takes the card number filled in by the depositor as the deposit and withdrawal account, and the depositor shall bear the capital loss caused by the wrong card number.
Article 8 The cardholder shall withdraw money from the ATM with Jinsui credit card and password, and the accumulated withdrawal amount of each card shall not exceed 5,000 yuan per day, and the number of times shall not exceed 5 times. The cardholder deposits cash in the ATM, and the deposit and withdrawal account is a bank check.
Article 9 Cardholders can check account balance and transaction details at local acceptance outlets or financial institutions or through telephone banking and online banking. If the cardholder has questions about the account, the issuing bank will give a reply within 30 days.
Article 10 A cardholder may overdraw within the overdraft limit approved by the issuing bank. The longest overdraft period is 60 days, and the overdraft interest is calculated at 0.5 ‰ of the daily interest rate. The interest is calculated from the bookkeeping date of the issuing bank, and the simple interest is collected on a monthly basis, which will be adjusted according to the current interest rate adjustment of the People's Bank of China. The cardholder shall repay the overdraft in the order of overdraft interest and overdraft principal. If the repayment cannot be made within 60 days, the issuing bank has the right to cancel its qualification to use Jinsui Credit Card and recover the principal and interest owed according to law. If there is malicious overdraft or credit card fraud, the issuing bank will ask the judicial organ to investigate its criminal responsibility.
Article 11 If Jinsui Credit Card is lost or stolen, the cardholder shall promptly report the loss by telephone or in writing. The loss report will take effect immediately after the relevant procedures are completed, and the cardholder will not bear the financial losses caused by the fraudulent use of Jinsui Credit Card after the loss report takes effect. After the cardholder reports the loss of the phone, he shall go through the formalities of reporting the loss in writing in time. The cardholder can only get a new card after completing the written loss reporting procedure. If the cardholder forgets his password, he shall go through the password renewal procedures at the designated outlets of the issuing bank.
