The purpose of this service is to "go out of the hall and make it convenient for customers".
The staff of the outlets only need to drag a 7 kg suitcase with a size of 2 1 inch, so they can go into battle lightly and come to the customer to handle business. Although light, it is very powerful. Not only can it meet the basic financial service needs of mass customers such as debit card account opening, product signing, debit card activation, credit card application, credit card activation, account upgrade, personal information modification, mobile phone number modification, password reset, password modification, balance inquiry, deposit term, withdrawal term and credit card information change, but it can also create wealth management and fund-specific services for middle and high-end customers.
At the beginning of April, the service has been piloted in Hebei, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Suzhou, Zhejiang, Henan, Shenzhen, Liaoning, Qingdao, Tianjin, Beijing, Guangdong, Hubei, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Hunan, Guangxi, Dalian, Heilongjiang and other 19 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.
