In order to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, According to the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the decision of the State Council on the third batch of cancellation and adjustment of administrative examination and approval items (Guo Fa [24] No.16) and the decision of the State Council on the fourth batch of cancellation and adjustment of administrative examination and approval items (Guo Fa [27] No.33), in accordance with the unified arrangements of the State Council and the provincial people's government, the Legislative Affairs Office of the provincial people's government, After strict examination and demonstration, the provincial people's government decided to cancel and adjust 229 administrative examination and approval items. Among them, 165 administrative licensing items were cancelled and 42 non-administrative licensing approval items were cancelled; 17 administrative licensing items were adjusted and 5 non-administrative licensing approval items were adjusted. The catalogue of administrative examination and approval items retained after cleaning up shall be announced to the public by the Legislative Affairs Office of the provincial people's government and the office of the leading group for the reform of the provincial administrative examination and approval system.
