The Bank of Communications credit card cancellation process is divided into the following three methods:

1. Log in to the Bank of Communications online banking and select "Cancel/Cancel" under the "Credit Card Service" menu. Fill in the cancellation information, including the reason for cancellation and the time of cancellation. Confirm the cancellation information and submit the cancellation application. After successful cancellation, Bank of Communications customer service will contact you for confirmation.
