Article 8 The Yuanding debit card can only be used by the cardholder himself and may not be rented or lent. Any losses caused by renting or lending shall be borne by the cardholder. If the card holder of the corporate card is changed due to job changes or other reasons, the account opening unit should issue a certificate of change of card holder, and go to the original card issuing outlet to go through the change procedures in a timely manner. Article 9 Cardholders should properly keep their Yuanding debit card password to prevent leakage. Any transaction in which the entered password matches the system password is deemed to be a legal transaction authorized by the cardholder or himself. The electronic information record generated by the card issuer handling the transaction for the cardholder based on the password is a valid certificate for the transaction. The cardholder is responsible for any losses caused by inadvertent disclosure of password.

Article 10 If the cardholder enters an incorrect password three times in a row, the card issuer has the right to lock the account in accordance with relevant regulations. The cardholder must apply for unlocking at an outlet within the jurisdiction of the card issuer with his or her valid identity document. If the cardholder forgets the card password, he should promptly go to the original card-issuing outlet with his valid identity document to report the password loss.

Article 11 If the cardholder accidentally loses his Yuanding debit card, he should promptly report the loss verbally through telephone banking (96008) or report the loss in writing at the original card-issuing outlet. Cardholders should complete the written loss reporting procedures within 5 days after verbally reporting the loss, otherwise the verbal loss report will automatically become invalid. The loss report will take effect immediately after the loss report is completed, and any losses caused before the loss will be borne by the cardholder. Cardholders can get a new card 7 days after completing the written loss reporting procedures. Article 12 If the Yuanding debit card is swallowed by an ATM, the cardholder should promptly contact the business institution to which the ATM belongs, and go to the designated institution within the specified period with his or her valid ID card to collect the card. Article 14 When the cardholder needs to cancel his Yuanding debit card, he should submit a written application to the original card-issuing outlet with his valid identity document, settle the balance, and return the Yuanding debit card. Article 15 Cardholders who withdraw money across banks or regions (outside the card-issuing city) must pay handling fees in accordance with regulations, which will be deducted directly from the cardholder's account by the card issuer. The daily cumulative limit for cardholders' withdrawals from ATMs shall be subject to relevant regulations of the People's Bank of China.

Article 16 When the cardholder's relevant information is changed, the cardholder must submit a written change application to the card issuer in a timely and truthful manner. Otherwise, all responsibilities arising from changes in the information will be borne by the cardholder.

Article 17 If a cardholder is refused acceptance when handling business, he or she has the right to complain to the card issuer and the superior authority. If the cardholder has any questions about the transaction records, he has the right to ask the card issuer to check the account balance, transaction details and other information in his card. The card issuer must provide this service to the cardholder based on the record keeping status of the bank.

Article 18 Yuanding Debit Card belongs to the card issuer. If the cardholder violates this Articles and relevant national regulations, the card issuer has the right to cancel the cardholder’s qualifications and take back the Yuanding Debit Card. , the resulting losses shall be borne by the cardholder. Article 13 Counter Transaction Management

Yuanding debit card holders can handle cash deposits, withdrawals (excluding corporate cards), transfers and other transactions over the counter at bank branches. Article 14 Electronic Banking Transaction Management

Article 15 Cardholders can handle collection and payment services at outlets and special units within the jurisdiction of the card issuer. Article 16 Card issuers will not send statements to cardholders. Chapter 2 Loss Reporting, Stop Payment, Card Replacement, and Freezing Management

Article 17 Loss Reporting Management

If the Yuanding debit card is stolen or lost, the cardholder can report the loss directly or within 5 days after verbally reporting the loss, with his or her valid identity document or an agent. Article 18 Stop Payment Management

Article 19 Card Replacement Management

(1) After a written loss report of Yuanding debit card is made, the cardholder can present the loss report application form and his/her valid identity document to the original issuer. Fill out the card replacement application form at the card branch to redeem a new card.

(2) If the card is damaged, the cardholder can go to the original card-issuing outlet to apply for a new card with the card and his/her valid ID.

(3) If the card holder of the corporate card is changed due to job changes or other reasons, the account opening unit should issue a certificate of change of card holder, and go to the original card issuer to go through the card replacement procedures in a timely manner. Risks and losses incurred before this time shall be borne by the account opening unit.

Article 20 Freezing Management

No unit or individual may freeze the cardholder's account at will. The People's Court shall try or execute cases, and the Procuratorate and Public Security Bureau shall investigate and deal with economic crime cases. If the cardholder's account is to be frozen, the "Notice of Assistance in Freezing Deposits", his/her work permit or official service certificate must be provided, and must be signed by the president (director) before execution can be carried out. When accepting the freeze, the handling personnel must strictly check the contents of the "Notice of Assistance in Freezing Deposits" and return it if there is any discrepancy. The freezing period cannot exceed 6 months. If it needs to be extended for special reasons, the unit that decides to freeze must go through the renewal procedures. Article 26 Management of punched and unissued cards
