An IC card is made by embedding a dedicated integrated circuit chip in a PVC plastic substrate that complies with ISO standards and encapsulating it into a card with a magnetic chip shape. Currently, according to different standards of international organizations, they are divided into financial IC cards that comply with PBOC standards and EMV standards. At present, the financial IC cards issued by Bank of China are mainly bank cards that comply with the PBOC2.0 standard of the People's Bank of China and are loaded with chips, including debit and credit applications and electronic cash applications.
