Why the bills are always unclear: The eight hidden rules of credit cards are hard to guard against

What should I do if my credit card is still not up?

1. Attitude is very important. Take the initiative to go to the local card department of the card issuing bank to explain the actual situation. Be sure not to avoid it, otherwise the bank will think you are maliciously defaulting. Even if you cannot repay the full amount, you should try to pay back a portion to show your sincerity.

2. Credit card debts can be brought to court in the following situations:

a If collection through other collection methods is ineffective, and the principal and interest are overdrafted by more than 1,000 yuan;

b. Mastering the deposits and other property information of customers who owe money, which needs to be frozen and judged by the court;

c. Being sued by peers due to non-payment of debts, and having to participate in the collection together.

3. Overdue records will automatically enter the credit reporting system of the People's Bank of China, and banks do not need to report them. The bad records will not be canceled after the debt is settled, but will only be overwritten in the system 24 months after the settlement. The credit reporting system can only query records for the last 24 months.
