Icbc's credit card can't withdraw money from ATM without a card, and it needs a card to withdraw money.

Credit card withdrawal process:

ATM

(1) Turn the card face up as prompted, and insert the magnetic stripe on the back of the card into the ATM；;

(2) Enter a 6-digit cash withdrawal password (when entering the password, pay attention to blocking others' sight with your hands or body);

(3) Select the transaction type and amount and withdraw cash;

(4) After the transaction, press the exit key. If print is selected (print is recommended), 1 cash withdrawal form will be automatically printed at the exit of the transaction form;

(5) Get back the card and the cash withdrawal slip. Keep the cash withdrawal slip properly for reconciliation.

Bank credit card withdrawal fee:

Domestic banks: cash withdrawal amount 1%, minimum 1 yuan.

Other domestic banks: (65438+ 0% of cash withdrawal amount+2 yuan)/transaction, minimum 3 yuan.

Overseas (UnionPay network): (65438+ 0% of the withdrawal amount+12 yuan)/transaction.

Overseas (non-bank network): 3% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of USD 3 (or equivalent in other foreign currencies).
