The application version should be too old. Some application adaptations may require the version of the tablet system, so the application version cannot be opened. It is recommended that you check and update the tablet system version, enter the tablet settings, search for software updates or system and updates, and click Check Update. If there is a new version, it is recommended to back up the data in advance (third-party communication applications need to be backed up separately) and upgrade to the latest version in time.
