1. If you take the initiative to apply for freezing, you can directly call the customer service hotline of Bank of China and apply to the customer service staff for unfreezing.

2. If the password has been locked for many times due to an input error, you can log in to the mobile banking client of Bank of China, click Credit Card, then click Credit Card Management, and then click Password Management to reset the password, then you can unlock the card.

3. If the card is locked because it is suspected to be cashed out by China Bank, the customer can print out the latest transaction details of the card and submit them to China Bank, and the card will be unfrozen after the bank checks it clearly.

4. If the card is frozen due to overdue repayment, the customer must pay off the debt first and then take good care of his personal credit if he wants to unfreeze it. After personal credit is improved, the card should be unfrozen.
