There will be a difference in the third step. 1) Cash refund: Go to the tax refund counter to pay the bill, get the local currency refund, and then queue up to exchange for RMB. 2) Credit card refund: Send the tax refund form by mail and wait 3-5 months for it to arrive at home. 3) Alipay refund: If the airport supports Alipay real-time tax refund, just find the Global Blue tax refund counter, submit the tax refund form, show the Alipay payment QR code to the staff, scan it, and the RMB will be credited to your account immediately, without queuing up to exchange RMB. If the airport supports Alipay for mailing tax refund, it will only take about 10 working days to arrive after the tax refund form is delivered.
