2. In the process of accepting the application, the staff can call the cardholder to check the necessary information or ask for supplementary information.

3. After the application is approved, the card letter will usually be sent by registered mail.

4. After mailing, the cardholder will be notified by SMS to check the card mailed by registered mail;

5. If the application materials provided can't meet the requirements of issuing bank cards temporarily, the bank staff will inform you by SMS or letter.
