1. If your credit card is used normally, you can withdraw money from our ATM. After the ATM machine completes the withdrawal, it will generally restore the amount to the credit card main account within 48 hours;

2. If your credit card can't be used due to cancellation, replacement or damage, you can return the card to the counter of any branch of our bank and apply for withdrawing the balance of the electronic cash account back to the credit card account. The withdrawal amount is based on the chip balance read by the counter;

3. If the chip card is damaged and unreadable, the balance of the electronic cash account will be returned to the credit card account within 30 days after the card is returned and the withdrawal application is made;

4. The credit card that has reported the loss does not support withdrawal.

Note: there is no SMS reminder function for electronic cash transactions, so there is no SMS reminder after withdrawal.
