There are two ways to unfreeze a credit card:

1. The overdue credit card is frozen within 30 days, and it can be unfrozen on the day when the debt is paid off; The overdue time is between 1-3 months, and the bank will investigate for a period of time before unfreezing the user; If the overdue time exceeds 3 months, the bank may permanently freeze your credit card and cannot unfreeze it.

2. Credit card cashing leads to freezing. If the bank cashes out by mistake, you can call the bank to explain the situation, and the bank will verify that it takes 1-3 working days to unfreeze; If the bank has evidence that you have cashed out, your credit card may not be unfrozen.
