In China, you can withdraw RMB cash at the counters of China Merchants Bank with your credit card and transaction password. Outside the country, you can withdraw local currency at the bank counter marked VISA, MasterCard or JCB with valid ID and credit card.

As long as you have both a CMB credit card and a smart card, you can call the 24-hour customer service hotline 4008205555, and this number will also be prompted on the card. According to the voice prompts inside, it will immediately transfer the amount you need to withdraw to your one-card account.

4. Online banking advances cash

As long as you have both China Merchants Bank credit card and one-card card, you can log in to our credit card online banking, select account management → advance cash, and immediately transfer the required funds from your credit card account to your one-card account according to the system prompts.

Log in to credit card online banking, and click "installment financing" → "advance cash". If it is not enabled, please click Enable this function first, and then enable it according to the above instructions. After activation, please enter the amount, transaction password, valid month and year, CVV2 code, and advance cash at the business outlets.
