If you fail to complete the credit card activation through CCB’s self-service channels, it is recommended that you contact CCB’s customer service Hotline, transfer to manual service, or go to a CCB branch with your ID card and credit card and ask the staff to check the status of the card (it may have been activated during a certain activation process, but you are not clear, try again operation, causing the system to report an error), if it is found to have been activated, you can directly set the password. In turn, the staff can help you activate it and then let you set the password.
