You can do this in the following ways:

(1) Copy both sides of an A4 paper within the new validity period.

(2) Indicate ① "change of validity period", ② "name" and ③ "new license number" at the top of the paper.

(3) Fax it to Bank Credit Card Center 02 1-38429878, and the bank will automatically receive it.

(4) The change is successful within 7 working days.

If it is inconvenient to fax, you can bring your own card and the original of your valid ID card to the counter of Bank of Communications to apply for amendment.
