Any natural person investor with more than two years (including two years) experience in stock trading can apply for opening the GEM market, but you need to sign the "Disclosure of Investment Risks in GEM Market" on the spot, and the trading can be opened two days after the document is signed. In principle, such investors are not encouraged to directly participate in the GEM market transactions. If they insist on direct participation, they should also copy a "special statement" on their voluntary commitment to market risks at the same time as signing the risk disclosure book on the spot, and the transaction can only be opened five days after the document is signed.
The ways to open the GEM are as follows:
1. First, choose a time point from 9: 3am to 11: 3am and from 13: pm to 15: pm (except national holidays) from Monday to Friday. Brokers are mainly open during this time period, and handling related businesses must be carried out during the business hours of brokers.
2. after choosing a good time point, you need to bring your second-generation ID card and relevant Shanghai and Shenzhen shareholder cards. The certificate is mainly to prove the identity of the investor, and both are indispensable. If the shareholder card is missing, you can make it up in the brokerage business department with the second-generation ID card.
3. When you go to the business hall of the brokerage company that opened the account, you must remember that it is the business department of the brokerage company that opened the Shanghai and Shenzhen trading cards. At present, most brokers do not support handling this business with other business departments of the brokerage company.
4. Sign the GEM risk warning. It is mainly to neatly copy a paragraph of the text of the GEM transaction risk warning. Then I sign my name and write down the date of signing.
5. Wait patiently for a few trading days to buy and sell GEM stocks. The specific trading days need to be determined according to the different regulations of different brokers, and you can confirm with the staff when you go to the brokerage business department.
