Ticket collection method:
Promissory notes should be picked up at the green ticket vending machine at JR West Japan Terminal, first at the green ticket booth. There are some rules when picking up tickets, such as credit card for online payment, reservation number and authentication number.
Tickets can only be picked up at the JR West Japan ticket office, but not at the JR Donghai, JR East Japan, JR Shikoku and JR Kyushu ticket offices. Neither the travel agency nor the ticket booth of the small train can buy tickets.
