Recently, the Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to order corrective measures against Green Dahua Futures Chongqing Branch due to illegal back-office employees earning commissions.

An announcement from the Chongqing Securities Regulatory Bureau showed that Green Dahua Futures Chongqing Branch had two violations: back-office employees enjoyed performance commissions by introducing business resources, and the new computer room was not accepted and put into use. It was ordered to make corrections. Supervision and management measures shall be implemented and recorded in the securities and futures market integrity files.

According to the provisions of Article 50, Paragraph 1, of the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Futures Companies", the trading, settlement, and financial business of futures companies shall be handled separately by different departments and personnel. Obviously, it violates relevant regulations for back-office employees to enjoy performance commissions by introducing business resources.
