The provisions of temporary goods mainly include:
1, temporary goods refer to products that are close to the shelf life, but not beyond the shelf life, and can be used through sales promotion;
2, the shelf life of more than one year of food, forty-five days before the expiration of the temporary period; If the shelf life is more than half a year but less than one year, the 20 days before the validity period is a temporary period; If the shelf life is more than 90 days but less than half a year, the temporary period shall be fifteen days before the expiration date.

Food business operators shall store food in accordance with the requirements of ensuring food safety, regularly check the stored food, and promptly clean up the food that has deteriorated or exceeded its shelf life.
When storing bulk food, food business operators shall indicate the name, production date or batch number, shelf life, producer name and contact information of the food at the storage place.
