Exercise:
1. Wash and cook hairy crabs, remove gills and cut into two pieces; Shred onion and ginger for later use.
2. Wash the green pepper and cut into pieces.
3. Add a little more oil to the pot, bring to a boil, add star anise and stir fry, then add soy sauce and stir fry.
4. Add ginger, garlic and green pepper to the pot and stir fry quickly until cooked.
5. Put the solved hairy crabs into the pot and stir fry again. If there is no juice, you can add a little water to avoid pasting the bottom. Then add a little salt to taste, stir well, pour the hairy crabs with soy sauce and take them out of the pot.
