Why is the consumption in Yinchuan so high?
Yinchuan is a city where migrants gather, and most of the catering and entertainment businesses are run by Zhejiang businessmen and Guangdong businessmen. Therefore, the real high-spending population in Yinchuan is this large number of high-income migrants. They speculate on real estate first, and then invest in large shopping malls (for example, Guofang Parkson is a shopping mall in Lanzhou). For a group of individuals with high consumption, the futures value of Yinchuan is not equal to the per capita income of Yinchuan locals. Judging from the high price of clothing, I think this place belongs to the hinterland of northwest China, with poor per capita income and limited purchasing power. Therefore, the store is not diligent in loading goods, and usually only when the same style is sold almost (the style of Yinchuan specialty store is less than that of other places), so it may be the reason for the low demand rate, so it is not often discounted (this is my guess).
