Methods/Steps

1. Write the opponent’s unit clearly in the header. Such as a certain bank.

2. Information of the person being certified. This is to certify that XXX, ID number (1234567890123456) is an employee of our company.

3. Write down your personal income clearly. This comrade works at position XXX in our company and has an annual income of 140,000 yuan.

4. Write clearly the purpose of the certificate. For example: This certificate is only used for employees to apply for credit cards and is not used for other purposes. Hereby certify.

5. Write the name of the unit clearly. Include the full name of the unit, office address, contact number, etc.

6. Write clearly the person in charge. This item is mainly to facilitate the other party’s verification.

7. Write down the year, month and day, the name of the unit and department, and stamp with a special seal.

Notes

The annual income should be the total of basic salary, bonuses, benefits, etc. within one year, and personal income tax, insurance, etc. shall be deducted.

Print out the standardized form and fill it in with a carbon pen.

Some units that require proof of income will provide the unit's standard form, just fill it out and stamp it with the official seal.
