(2) Regional sorting. That is, ordering fairs, trade fairs and fairs held by provinces, cities and districts. The ordering method is basically the same as that of the whole country. There are two kinds of regional order fairs: one is the provinces and cities that implement regional balance, and after connecting with the national material management department, they place orders within the specified controlled varieties and quantities and report the order summary. At the same time of holding the meeting, order local resources produced and sold. Namely, it is divided into two parts: national resources and local resources. On the other hand, most regions only place orders for self-produced and self-raised resources in the region. Trade fairs, trade fairs, and sometimes metallurgical enterprises also sell their products at the meetings. Larger, ditch business units also transfer futures contracts or sell joint sales and consignment products to metallurgical enterprises at the first meeting. All business units and users purchase and sign contracts according to their needs.
(3) Other orders. Other orders refer to futures orders and purchases other than centralized orders at the ordering meeting. Among them, there are resources temporarily allocated and supplemented by the state, resources temporarily sold by metallurgical enterprises, resources to be sold, and resources that local small enterprises do not participate in centralized purchase and unplanned import. There are many ways to order, such as sending staff to order, ordering or trading by letter, exhibition, exchange meeting or ordering in market trading places. Operating enterprises should widely collect and use market resource information, seize the favorable opportunity, actively grasp resources and commodities, and expand resources and markets for market sales.
