According to relevant regulations, the recruitment (employment) of civil servants is restricted. Restrict the recruitment (employment) of persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty as civil servants or staff of public institutions. If current civil servants or staff of public institutions are determined to be persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty, the circumstances of the breach of trust shall be used as a reference for their selection, evaluation, and promotion. That is to say, there are restrictions only on the person who broke his trust, but there are no regulations on his children.

Legal basis: "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Credit Supervision, Warning and Punishment Mechanisms for Dishonest Persons Being Enforced" (3) Qualification Restrictions

1. Restrictions on serving as senior executives of state-owned enterprises. If the defaulter is an individual, he or she shall be restricted from serving as directors, supervisors, and senior managers of wholly state-owned companies and state-owned capital holding companies, as well as directors, supervisors, and senior managers assigned or recommended by the state-owned equity parties of state-owned capital participating companies; and those who have already held relevant positions , they will be removed from their posts in accordance with relevant procedures and in accordance with the law.

2. Restrictions on serving as the legal representative of a public institution. If the person subject to execution for dishonesty is an individual, he or she shall be restricted from registering as the legal representative of a public institution.

3. Restrictions on serving as senior executives of financial institutions. Restrict dishonest persons subject to enforcement from serving as directors, supervisors, and senior managers of banking financial institutions, securities companies, fund management companies, futures companies, insurance companies, and financing guarantee companies.

4． Restrictions on serving as the person in charge of social organizations. If the person subject to execution for dishonesty is an individual, he or she shall be restricted from registering or filing as the person in charge of a social organization.

5. Recruitment (employment) as public servants is restricted. Restrict the recruitment (employment) of persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty as civil servants or staff of public institutions. If current civil servants or staff of public institutions are determined to be persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty, the circumstances of the breach of trust shall be used as a reference for their selection, evaluation, and promotion.

6． Special restrictions on party membership or party membership. Strictly abiding by the law and fulfilling the obligations specified in effective legal documents will be used as an important reference for applying to join the Communist Party of China, converting probationary party members into formal party members, and for party member evaluation, excellence, and promotion.

7. Restrictions on serving as Party representatives, National People's Congress representatives and CPPCC members. If the person subject to execution for dishonesty is an individual, he shall not be considered as a candidate recommended by the organization for party congress representatives, people's congress representatives and CPPCC members at all levels.

8． Military Service Restrictions. If the person subject to breach of trust is an individual, his or her breach of trust shall be used as an important reference for enlisting in the military and for selection of active and reserve officers for their rank, merit, and promotion.
