What if the construction bank card is frozen?
If it is found that the funds in the account are frozen, please check whether the account has the following conditions:

1. Pre-authorization is set, which can be cancelled by cashier during settlement or automatically after expiration;

2. After subscribing to the wealth management products, the funds are frozen and deducted on the establishment date of the wealth management products;

3. When signing a wealth management product accumulation contract with CCB, freeze the products according to the minimum initial deposit amount and retention days;

4. If you transfer money through self-service equipment (except to my CCB account), CCB will freeze the funds and handle the transfer transaction 24 hours after the transaction is accepted.

If this is not the case or the normal freezing range of CCB funds, please bring your valid ID card and savings account to the account opening branch for inquiry and handling.
