What is eva?
EVA is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. Its Chinese name is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and its English name is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. EVA has a wide range of applications, and its market consumption is increasing every year in China, especially in the shoemaking industry, which is applied to the soles of middle and high-grade travel shoes, hiking shoes, slippers, sandals and interior materials. It is also widely used in new energy fields, such as photovoltaic materials and solar cell adhesives.

Material characteristics:

Widely used in foamed shoes, functional shed films, packaging molds, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, toys, etc.

1, EVA with vinyl acetate content below 5%, the main products are film, wire and cable, LDPE modifier, adhesive and so on.

2. EVA products with vinyl acetate content of 5%~ 10% are elastic films;

3. EVA with vinyl acetate content of 20~28% is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coated products;

Application field:

1, widely used in foamed shoes, functional shed films, packaging molds, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables and toys.

2. EVA products with vinyl acetate content of 5%~ 10% are elastic films;

3. EVA with vinyl acetate content of 20~28% is mainly used for hot melt adhesives and coated products;

4. The content of vinyl acetate is 5%~45%, and the main products are films (including agricultural films) and sheets, injection molded products, foamed products and hot melt adhesives.
