The futures company shall bear the main responsibility for handling investor complaints, establish and improve the customer complaint handling system, open the complaint handling process, and properly handle customer complaints and disputes with customers. A futures company shall properly keep the customer's account opening materials, entrustment records, transaction records and various materials related to internal management and business operation, and no one may conceal, forge, tamper with or damage them. In addition to being investigated and inspected according to law, it shall be kept confidential for customers and shall not be illegally provided to others. The retention period of customer information shall not be less than 20 years from the date of cancellation. A futures company shall comprehensively and objectively introduce the characteristics of relevant laws and regulations, business rules, products or services to customers, fully reveal the risks, and truthfully provide relevant materials and information to customers in accordance with the contract, and shall not deceive or mislead customers.
