Types of restricted vehicles: dumpers, trailers, cement tankers and hurdles. Restricted commodity categories: building materials, mountain skin soil, sand and gravel.

2. During the implementation of temporary time-limited traffic control measures, the majority of traffic participants, motor vehicle owners and drivers are requested to strictly abide by the provisions of this circular, take bypass measures in advance, and make reasonable arrangements for travel to avoid causing various inconveniences and influences on your life and work.

3. After the implementation of traffic management measures for time-limited traffic bans, the public security traffic control department will strengthen the management of road sections during time-limited traffic bans, and punish illegal traffic vehicle drivers during time-limited traffic bans and road sections in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
