Case of forgetting to close the position in physical delivery of futures.
No individual may open a futures account before the delivery month. If there is still a position before the delivery month, the futures company will contact the customer to close the position before the delivery month. If you don't contact the customer, the futures company will force the liquidation. The losses or profits arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer.
