In fund investment, according to the different investment targets, funds can be divided into stock funds, bond funds and hybrid funds. But again, in bond funds, even the same fund, if the name is followed by different letters, then the meaning it represents will be different.
1 Bond A: Bond A fund, where the letter A indicates that the fee type of this fund is front-end fee, that is, fees are charged at the time of subscription, management fees and custody fees are charged in the operating fees, and sales service fees are not charged.
2 Bond C: Bond-type C fund, in which the letter C indicates that the fund does not charge subscription fees, but only accrues management fees, custody fees and sales service fees on a daily basis during the fund holding period.
